Secure billing management software

TimelyBill prioritizes data security and maintains strong safeguards against potential threats. We have adopted industry-standard measures for data security and privacy. We also undergo annual SOC audits and PCI attestation.

Application and database security

TimelyBill uses the following security practices to protect from unauthorized access to data:

• US-based Tier 4 and Tier 5-rated data centers
• Anti-malware protection
• File encryption
• File integrity monitoring (FIM)
• Two-factor authentication (2FA)
• Failover clusters

We use additional layers of protection, including IP filtering, SSL, and VPNs.

Data backups

TimelyBill configures each client installation with a unique and separate database instance! We operate the DB files, log files, operating systems, and backups on different disks. This allows us to maintain a database or recover it to an exact point in time. We currently maintain 90 days of full backups and five days of transaction logs.
