TimelyBill's operations support system has the ability to interface with most modern unified communications platforms and IoT devices using our built-in REST Actions configuration tool.

Provisioning commands

Our provisioning component is capable of communicating with external devices via RESTful API. There are many uses for this functionality, including provisioning, resource management, and reporting. Our provisioning tool allows access to external UC platform APIs assuming valid access information (i.e., client ID and client secret and a valid user).

Usage mapping and importing

In order for us to import your usage, the data from the provider must be mapped into the fields that TimelyBill uses. A key differentiator between TimelyBill and our competitors, is that we customize the usage import "logic" to match your specific data and business rules. This enables us to import virtually any type of usage and calculate the fees according to your rules.
